Modulation

The modulation is a property of a block within a symbol. More powerful modulations allow more data to be stored within a single block because it is packed more densely, but the error rate also increases. The wireless planner's task is to try and find the modulation that offers best speed for each block, depending on it's SNR.

The following entities exist within the enum:
  • bpsk (default)
  • qpsk
  • qam16
  • qam64
  • qam256
